We all have anxieties and worries. However, when anxiety begins to significantly impact everyday life we need to seek professional help and assistance.

Sarah is a successful young professional. She lives in a city that she loves, has a job that she likes, and friends and family that adore her. Yet, she can’t shake the feeling the something is not quite right. She has trouble sleeping, ruminates over things that happen during her workday, and generally feels uneasy. She begins to feel rundown and overwhelmed from lack of sleep and constant worries.
